We all know that stress is probably the biggest generator of various diseases and that it is imperative to know how to manage it. Stress is a way in which our body responds to any immediate threat and comes as a natural reaction, but it doesn’t mean it’s good to be stressed out.

When we are under stress our body releases a load of stress hormones that rouse the body for reaction so we really need tips for managing stress. Otherwise such unloading of hormones sometimes does irreparable damage to our bodies. Stress has been one of the main causes for heart attacks, strokes and other similar conditions.
